We want to thank you in advance for your support of the Eugene Ballet Academy. Your time and dedication are greatly appreciated, and we could not accomplish all of our goals without you. You can help us create magic for all dancers, dance families, and audience members while being an active supporter of the arts. Volunteers make it possible for us to provide outstanding experiences for all.

Our current need is for Nutcracker backstage volunteers. Tasks include supporting the check-in/out process, dancer supervision, and other general performance needs.

Please complete the following so we can best match you with a volunteer role.

All volunteers participating in The Nutcracker will be required to show proof of vaccination or provide a certified negative Covid-19 test result that has been collected within 48 hours prior to arriving at the Hult Center. Masks are required at all times.

Thank you for supporting our organization. Once you have submitted your volunteer request, we will contact you via email with further details about your next steps. For example, we require that all backstage volunteers complete a background check every three (3) years. If you are applying for a backstage volunteer role, we will first check to see if you have a valid background check on file. We will then send you either a confirmation of your status, or instructions for completing your background check. Safety is our number one priority, so we thank you in advance for your support of our policies and procedures.
