Sensory Friendly Summer Workshops

The Sensory Friendly Movement Experience curates a dynamic yet gentle learning environment for youth with autism and other diverse learning needs. Using turn based and group activities, the students engage in shared movement experiences that encourage self-expression, social engagement, creative exploration, and create a lifelong love of dancing.

Instructor:
Sarah Mauney has received experience-based training from Chicago Children’s Theatre to create learning environments for students with autism and other neuro diverse learners. In addition to teaching students at EBA, Sarah is the owner and operator of Sarah Mauney Movement (an Alexander Technique Teaching Studio).
