Antonio Lopez (he/him) is from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He trained at Ballet Repertory Theater of NM, New Mexico Ballet Company, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and attended summer courses at Joffrey Ballet NYC, Walnut Hill, CPYB, and Alonzo King Lines Ballet—all under full scholarship. In 2017, Antonio began his professional career at St. Paul Ballet before joining Twin Cities Ballet of Minnesota and receiving his associate degree in integrated sciences with a certificate in Public Health and Safety from Central New Mexico Community College in 2018. Antonio joined Eugene Ballet in 2020 and is thrilled to begin his 4th season with us as a company dancer. Some of Antonio’s favorite roles with us include featured works by Penny Saunder in Ghost Light; Val Caniparoli’s Triptych; and Nicolo Fonte’s Choros.
