Eugene Ballet offers education opportunities throughout the season, engaging dance enthusiasts of all ages from the Eugene and Springfield communities, the state and the Northwest region. Dance training at Eugene Ballet is supported by the Eugene Ballet Academy and the youth performing division, Eugene Youth Ballet.

Performance: 2:00 pm Hult Center for the Performing Arts
This exciting opportunity allows students to participate in an intermediate/advanced ballet class at the Midtown Arts Center in the morning before attending a matinee performance at the Hult Center for Performing Arts in Eugene, OR. The class, ticket to the performance and lunch are included in the $50 fee.

There’s a joyful magic at every performance as hundreds of aspiring young dancers join the Company on stage, while the Sugar Plum Fairy transports all to the Snow Kingdom and the Land of the Sweets. You’ll cheer and boo at the battle with the not-so-scary Mouse King and his Pirate Henchmice, as Clara and The Nutcracker win the day. Celebrate your holiday season with a marvelous journey to Eugene Ballet’s The Nutcracker.

Young Audience Education Eugene Ballet engages young audiences through 50 minute education shows offered both in Eugene at the Hult Center and while on tour. This season Eugene Ballet was pleased to co-present “Star Dust” by Complexions Contemporary Ballet, sponsored by The Hult Center for the Performing Arts and City of Eugene, Oct 26, 2018.
