 Sara Stockwell
Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, Sara Stockwell began her training with Lelia Friel, Deon Allen, and Ellen Huston. At age thirteen, Ms. Stockwell relocated to Canada to begin training, on scholarship, in the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Professional Division. While there, she performed as Clara in the company’s Nutcracker as well as in a varied repertoire with the school. In 2010, Sara moved to New York City to train with Edward Ellison as a final year of study. Last season Sara was featured as a Harlequinade in The Nutcracker, and during the off-season, Ms. Stockwell danced with American Contemporary Ballet in Los Angeles. This is Sara’s second season with Eugene Ballet. |
