Avalon Demetri
Avalon Demetri was born in Mendocino, California. While training at Illinois Ballet Theatre she attended summer programs at Pacific Northwest Ballet School and San Francisco Ballet School. Avalon was asked to stay year-round at SFBS, where she performed with the company. There, she also performed the American premier of John Nuemeier's Yondering. Avalon received additional training at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. She has performed numerous Balanchine ballets including Serenade and Stars and Stripes. This is her first season with EBC. |
